December 6

Physio appointment. Injury is not too bad and is in the upper middle of the Achilles. Given a set of rehab exercises.

  • Isometric (static) Achilles Holds- Single Leg
  • Calf Raises- Double Leg- Straight Knee
  • Single leg balance

December 7

Rehab exercises done 3 times in the day. Pushed to 60 seconds for hold in 2nd and 3rd times. 

December 8

I’m a bit sore this morning. Probably pushed a bit hard. Drop back the hold times and only done twice today.

December 9

Exercises done 3 times. Hold at 45s.

December 10

Exercises done just once in morning. Hold at 45s.

December 11

Tempo runs at Adcock. Only at 50-60%. 4 * 100. Some discomfort in the Achilles.

Exercises done 2 times. Hold at 45s.

December 12

Rehab exercises in morning and evening. Holds at 60s.
