Adcock. Track still very soft. Warm up plus 3 * med ball (3kg) and push ups circuit (10, 10, 15).

2 * 120m with 12 min rest. Both runs felt really good.

3 * block starts. Execution of steps is becoming more automatic.
60m. 7.83. Treated it as a 30m block start and cruised. Did not execute all the steps I had been working on in the solo start where I have control of when I start.
50m. 6.58. Again more as start practice but pushed for further while staying a little controlled.

Adcock. More rain and the ground is very soft.
